Privacy PolicyDeliveries are made only on working days from Monday to Friday, unless otherwise indicated by eBayClik srl.
Delivery times vary according to the place of destination, in any case no liability can be charged by the Customer to eBayClik srl in case of delay in the order or delivery of the products covered by the Purchase Contracts.
Unless explicitly indicated by eBayClik srl, delivery is intended at street level.
At the time of delivery, the Customer must check in particular:
- that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated
in the document accompanying the goods;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet and that it does
not show obvious tampering.
Any damage to the packaging and / or products or the mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately contested by the Customer, putting the wording "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE" on the courier's delivery receipt.
eBayClik srl will replace or credit the damaged products according to the instructions communicated by the Customer by e-mail.
Furthermore, the Customer undertakes to promptly report (and in any
case no later than 8 (eight) days from the date of delivery) to
eBayClik srl (by sending an email to
info@shoptuningstore.it)
any and all problems concerning integrity physical, correspondence
or completeness of the products received.
