integrity, with original packaging and accessories.

The costs for returning the goods in case of withdrawal are charged to the customer (Article 57 c.1)

How to return:

We remind you that the goods will travel at the expense and risk of the buyer.

If the original internal / external packaging is damaged, a percentage equal to 20% of the same will be deducted from the refund due, as a contribution to the costs of restoring the goods.

If the returned goods are, at first glance, not compliant with the above indications, they will be directly refused upon arrival.

The right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where we ascertain:

the lack of the original external / internal packaging;
the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, films ...);
damage to the product for reasons other than its transport or for exceeding the time limits established by law for reasons not arising from us.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, we will keep the package at its headquarters for a maximum time of 10 days, time in which the customer will have to collect the returned products at his own expense.

After this period it will dispose of the package without giving anything to the customer.

Refund times:

EbayClik srls will reimburse the cost of the goods shipped, net of the shipping costs incurred by us, within the terms of the law (60 days), only after receiving the goods and checking that all the requirements have been met.
We remind you that if the customer has purchased on the ebay platform with shipping included, a refund will be made net of shipping costs which vary according to the weight and volume of the package, on average from € 9.50 to € 18.00

Any dispute that should arise in connection with the sales will be considered in legal proceedings,
